Land deed from G. E. Bushong, A. E. Bushong, J. L. Morehead and E. H. Morehead to Zebulon Jenkins and J. E. M. Yates agreeing to sell a tract of land in Grapevine, Texas for $1,000 paid by Jenkins and Yates. The deed gives Jenkins and Yates "one half undivided interest" to the land; the following paragraph describes the perimeters of the land including in the purchase.

[Land Deed from Mr. and Mrs. Boardman to Five Individuals, February 27, 1879]

Land deed from E. R. Boardman and his wife to five individuals: Z. T. Wall, George E. Bushong, J. E. M. Yates, Zeb, Jenkins, and J. L. Morehead. The deed gives the men ownership of land "lying in the village of Grapevine County of Tarrant, on the waters of Denton Creek." The rest of the document outlines the perimeters of the land and what it encompasses.
