The title of City Marshal was later changed to Police Chief when Pearl Rudd was appointed in 1915. Mrs. Rogers never became a police chief.

Tax Receipt for Milton Parks. The receipt shows that Parks payed a total of $10.74 in taxes to The Hood County Office of Collector of Taxes. The original grantee was R.W. Boyce for 320 acres.

Land deed from Mr. and Mrs. Boardman to G. E. Bushong, J. L. Morehead, Z. T. Wall, Zebulong Jenkins, and J. E. M. Yates, acknowledging the sale of a piece of land for the sum of $75. The second paragraph outlines the perimeters of the land being sold, which is on the three acre lot "deeded to E. R. Boardman and S. A. Boardman by E. N. Hudgins and wife..." The statement on the second page says that the undersigned "This day personally appeared E. R. Boardman, S. A. Boardman" on their own free will.

Land deed from G. E. Bushong, A. E. Bushong, J. L. Morehead and E. H. Morehead to Zebulon Jenkins and J. E. M. Yates agreeing to sell a tract of land in Grapevine, Texas for $1,000 paid by Jenkins and Yates. The deed gives Jenkins and Yates "one half undivided interest" to the land; the following paragraph describes the perimeters of the land including in the purchase.

Land deed from E. R. Boardman and his wife to five individuals: Z. T. Wall, George E. Bushong, J. E. M. Yates, Zeb, Jenkins, and J. L. Morehead. The deed gives the men ownership of land "lying in the village of Grapevine County of Tarrant, on the waters of Denton Creek." The rest of the document outlines the perimeters of the land and what it encompasses.

Warranty deed from Zebulon Jenkins and his wife, to J. E. M. Yates for "all our undivided one half interest in a to the following described lot, tract or parcel of land" in Grapevine, Texas. According to the description, the purchase is a piece of land in a three acre lot had been "conveyed to E. R. Boardman by E. N. Hudgins and wife," and is the same lot "conveyed by E. R. Boardman and wife G. E. Bushong, J. L. Morehead, Z. T. Wall, J. E. M. Yates and Zeb Jenkins." The statement on the back of the document states that both members of the selling party appeared before the notary public on their on behalf.

Land deed from E. A. Hudgins to E. R. Boardman in 1871 agreeing to sell a piece of land located in Grapevine, Texas for the sum of $300. Below this agreement is a statement acknowledging the parties involved appeared freely and in person. The official certificates state that this deed has officially been filed and registered with the county in 1874.

Power of attorney document presented to Isaac Parker from Jacob Skaggs giving him authority to sell "one hundred and sixty acres of land...in Tarrant County" to James Hensley.

Document written by Judge Calhoun stating the court's determination on the land dispute case of L. C. Wise vs. Mary E. Sayles. An additional note is handwritten at the bottom of the page in pencil, "To all of which the plaintiff, L. C. Wise, in open court excepts and gives notice of appeal to the court of civil appeals for the second supreme judicial district of the state of Texas at Ft. Worth, Texas."

Certificate for a Lone Star Amusement Co. shareholder. The certificate certifies that H.G. Cotton is the owner of two hundred shares of the Lone Star Amusement Co. at one dollar each.

Certificate for a Lake Como Amusement Co. shareholder. The certificate certifies that A.D. Lloyd is the owner of one share of the Lake Como Amusement Co. at one hundred dollars each.

Certificate for a Glen Garden Country Club shareholder. The certificate certifies that L.A. Nichols is the owner of one share of the Glen Garden Country Club at fifty-five dollars each.

Certificate for a Jim Hogg Oil Company shareholder. The certificate certifies that Mark Evans Jr. is the owner of twenty-five shares of the Jim Hogg Oil Company at one dollar each.

Certificate for a Hubb Diggs Company shareholder. The certificate certifies that R.C. Sanders is the owner of Forty shares of the Hubb Diggs Company.

Certificate for a Fort Worth Country Club shareholder. The certificate certifies that C. Swasey is the owner of one share of the capital stock of the Fort Worth Country Club.

A paperclipped health permit stamped as temporary in large red letters from the City of Fort Worth for Lone Star Ride Fighting AIDS 2011 on the date of September 24th. The permit covers the use of Hollenstein Career & Technology School as a pit stop where food and beverages can be served on the first day of the ride.
