Voluntary statement by Julia Ann Mercer regarding men in a Ford truck with what appeared to be a gun case, prior to the assassination. Mercer states that she saw a truck on the side of the entrance road to the overpass. There was a man pulling out a gun case from the back of the truck who proceeded to walk away.

Affidavit made by Barbara Jeanette Davis at the Dallas Police Department on November 22nd, 1963. Davis states that she and her sister were lying in bed with their children when she heard a shot. She went to the door and saw a man unloading a gun as he passed by. They later found a shell in her yard.

Affidavit In Any Fact by Linnie Mae Randle regarding Wesley Frazier's relationship with Lee Harvey Oswald. Randle states that Frazier is her brother and they live together, and that he works at the Texas School Book Depository. Oswald carpooled with Frazier on Mondays and Fridays.

Voluntary statement by Larry Florer regarding the use of a telephone in the Texas School Book Depository. Florer states that he had left a cafe after hearing about the shooting and walked down the street. He asked a woman where he could find a telephone to use, and she told him to go to the third floor in the Texas School Book Depository. Once he was on the third floor he was told he could not use the telephone so he left the building.

Transcription of a statement by Marina Oswald, wife of Lee Harvey Oswald, in which she gives a brief description of events from the time she met Lee to the morning the cops went to her house.

Affidavit In Any Fact by Lee E. Bowers, regarding unusual activity in a railroad yard prior to the President's assassination. Bowers states that he watched multiple cars engage in suspicious activity by a street that dead ended at the railroad yard near North Tower Union Terminal Company, where he worked. About 10 minutes after he saw the last car leave he heard gunshots.

Affidavit In Any Fact by Michael Ralph Paine regarding his friendship with Lee Harvey Oswald. Paine describes noticing a pipe-like object that Oswald owned. He states that when he heard of the assassination he immediately wondered if Oswald was involved.

Affidavit In Any Fact by William H. Shelley, an employee of the Texas School Book Depository and supervisor of Lee Harvey Oswald. Shelley describes hearing gunshots as he watched the motorcade drive by. He ran into another employee, Gloria Calvery, then went inside the Depository building and stopped the elevator. He then went up to the other floors with the police.

Affidavit In Any Fact by Marina Oswald, the wife of Lee Harvey Oswald. She describes their time spent in America after moving from Russia. She also mentions her knowledge about Oswald's rifle.

Transcription of a statement by Ruth Hyde Paine in which she describes her friendship with Lee Harvey Oswald and his wife.

Voluntary statement by Gayle Newman, a witness in Dealey Plaza. Newman states that he was about ten feet away from the President's car when he heard gunshots and saw him slump over.

Affidavit In Any Fact by Cecil J. McWatters, a bus driver. McWatters describes picking up a man on the bus who claimed that the President was shot in the temple, and was grinning about it.

Voluntary statement by Jean Newman, a witness in Dealey Plaza. Newman describes standing on the side of the Stemmons Freeway sign as the motorcade passed, and hearing two shots coming from the right.

Voluntary statement by J. C. Price, a witness in Dealey Plaza. He states that he was on the roof of a building when the motorcade drove by. He heard five gunshots followed by another one five minutes later.

Affidavit given at the Dallas Police Department by M. L. Baker on November 22nd, 1963. In the affidavit, M. L. Baker states that he was a motorcycle escort when he heard three shots. Shortly afterward he searched the Texas School Book Depository building.
