This study is an evaluation of school experiences in the fourth grade of Lancaster School.

The purpose of this investigation is to determine through routine checks the number of organisms present in the various raw ingredients used for the preparation of foods. The problem has consisted of, first, a determination of the total bacterial population by numbers; second, a determination of the incidence of colon bacteria in the samples examined; third, a determination of the presence of yeasts and molds; and fourth, an attempt to utilize this information obtained in judging the methods of handling the raw ingredients before they are used in the processing of foods.

This study was conducted from March 3, through June 2, 1951, in order to determine to what extent pathogenic bacteria were entering the Trinity River between East Fort Worth, Texas and South Dallas, Texas, from municipal sewage disposal plants.

The problem of this study is to determine whether or not superior reading ability in a given reading skill is significantly related to successful achievement in each of the three areas of arithmetic, social studies, and science, and to determine whether or not the different reading skills are related to areas of achievement in different ways.

The primary purpose of this study is to determine what influence, if any, the age of the mother at the time of a child's birth has on the child's intelligence, educational growth, personal characteristics, and behavior.

The problem with which this study is concerned is that of the selection of those persons in an industrial organization who are most likely to become effective and successful foremen on the production line and of developing these persons into well-rounded, successful industrial foremen. The purpose of this study is to determine some of the major traits and qualifications which a man should possess if he is to become a successful foreman in industry.
