Newspaper articles announcing his birth, poems about having a child, and photographs of Willis as a baby are pasted into the book. In addition, his relatives, the gifts given to his parents upon his birth, his height and weight, and his firsts are all recorded in the book.

Scrapbook detailing the life of Nancy Claire Willis, born on May 26, 1925. Newspaper clippings of poems and birth announcements have been pasted into the book, along with pictures. There are congratulatory cards in the back of the book, as well as a sympathy card upon the baby's death four months after her birth. Clara Evans Willis wrote about the gifts, her stay in the hospital, and Nancy Claire's first outing. Many of the pages have been left blank.

According to a handwritten note in the front of the album, it "presents pictures of friends, family, ex-sweeties, kinsman, pals, scenery, sports, football players, buddies, chums, and himself." Each page contains pictures as well as handwritten notes. Earnest Ruben McElreath was born Dec. 15, 1905 in Munday, Knox County, Texas and died Sept. 15, 1988 in Bexar County, Texas. He served as a major in the U. S. Army during World War II and is buried in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Some pictures were taken before Sept. 1, 1925.
