Newspaper announcements, wedding invitations, fabric samples from Clara Evans' bridal trousseau, pressed flowers, and photographs have been pasted into the book, along with descriptions of important events written by Clara Evans. It also contains articles pertaining to the Willises' Golden Wedding Anniversary in 1967.

Scrapbook detailing the life of Nancy Claire Willis, born on May 26, 1925. Newspaper clippings of poems and birth announcements have been pasted into the book, along with pictures. There are congratulatory cards in the back of the book, as well as a sympathy card upon the baby's death four months after her birth. Clara Evans Willis wrote about the gifts, her stay in the hospital, and Nancy Claire's first outing. Many of the pages have been left blank.

[Dr. Alexander Archer Beville's Diary, 1870]
Diary belonging to Dr. Alexander Archer Beville for the year 1870. It has a black leather cover, and the opening flap is embossed with the words "Diary 1870" in gold. A sewing needle has been sewn to the inside of the diary. The first few pages have already been filled in with a calendar, interest table, stamp duties, a table for time differences, the phases of the moon, and a list of important battles. Beville used the diary to record expenses, special events, and dental appointments.

Interview with African American North Texas State University alumnus James Gayle. The interview included Gayle's personal experiences of childhood, playing basketball at Fort Worth's all-black Terrell High School, attending North Texas and enrolling in the ROTC program, and his experience as a boarder in "Shack Town" neighborhood of Denton. Gayle talks about the comparison of race relations in Artesia, New Mexico, and Waco and Forth Worth, Texas, the "neutral" stance of NT administration toward black students and the "self-support" system among students, as well as his relationships with professors and white students, and his perception of what he gained from his NT experience.
