Two Messages from Miguel Sánchez Navarro Palau to Governor Antonio Cordero y Bustamante concerning the process of two men guilty of robbing the parish priest of Laredo. The first document contains a list of questions, and is signed in various places by local authorities; the second document from Palau is signed by Cordero and dated January 31, 1812.

Form sent from Juan Fermín de Juanicotena showing how to make financial reports on taxes on renting of houses. The document contains a partially filled out example chart and more explanation text; there is a list of towns on the left side of the back side of the document showing where this is to be sent.

Announcement from Viceroy Venegas saying there is a ten percent tax to be put on renting houses, plus other regulations regarding renting homes, buildings, etc. At the end of the document there is a response from Juan Juanicotena from February 18, 1813.

Correspondence between José Antonio Benavides and José Lázaro Benavides. Citizens of Laredo are praised for their readiness to help the royal cause; the mayor (possibly Lázano) gives assurances that all are doing whatever they can, but many have left to serve in the army and protection is needed.

Announcement from José Lázaro Báez Benavides saying that power of attorney is given by Gertrudis Perez to José Antonio Pérez. The document is signed at the bottom by all of the parties involved in this agreement.

Correspondence between Miguel Sánchez Navarro Palau and José Lazano Benavidez. Palau says that two thieves guilty of robbery are being sent back to Laredo; Benavidez replies back, in July, with a message that the thieves have been received in the town.

Four documents from Juan Fermín Juanicotena to alcaldes with different announcements, requests, etc. The first is a message saying that money minted in Zacatecas and Coahuila is valid, followed by a public announcement of the same message sent to various towns and villas in Mexico. The third document concerns two wanted army deserters, and gives a description of both; the last document is a request to send leather jackets asked for by the governor.

Letter from Pedro López Prietto to the commander in Laredo saying that he is sending a prisoner to serve out his sentence in Laredo. The document has a slightly torn edge in the bottom left corner, and a piece of tape at the bottom of the page.

Document with a publication of new laws put forth by the Cortes de Cádiz. At the end of the document there is a description of a man wanted in Camargo for crimes he committed, added on to the text. The document is badly stained, and the first four pages are blank.

Repeated Request by María Brigeda Sánchez to José Lázaro Báez Benavides, asking for a settlement of a debt owed to her. The document has a few small tears and is signed at the bottom by Sánchez.

Announcement from Manuel Dovalina saying that prices are set by the procurator; the document lists out certain items and their prices.
