Recording of Thangpuii, Lalnunthangi Chhangte's paternal grandmother, recounting memories from her childhood. When she was younger, a Lai neighbor from Burma had a ceremony that was interesting to her because it was from a different culture. She learned about headhunting, and a war that happened between north and south Mizoram during the mid-1800s. She says people go to war because they believe whoever you kill in life becomes your slave in the afterlife. Finally, she discusses getting married to her husband.
