Utley is followed by local programing from Oklahoma City station WKY, with reference to a WKY listening post for German shortwave radio. Track 2 contains a weekly summary of news from CBS, followed by Elmer Davis and the News, which was broadcast locally in Oklahoma City on KOMA. This recording appears to have been copied from a tape, and artifacts of tape recording, such as speed irregularities, are present.
