Dietz & Geffert “Saloon” at Victoria, Jan 1916 Bradstreet. Not listed in 1915 Dun, and by Sept 1918 Ben Geffert is running a “Soft Drink” stand (draft card).

A bank note from Germany in the denomination of 1000 Mark. The note has a red serial number and seals on the front and back of the note, and the back of the note bears the illustrated image of two women with a large crest. The front and back of the document are combined into a single image.

Hand-written notation on lining: "38-1 80364" Sold by Famous Shoe Store, Paris Texas (est. 1891). Worn by Kennie Holt Rucker in 1917-1918. Donated by Mary Helen Rucker to the Historical Collection (North Texas State University,Denton, Tex.). Transferred to the Texas Fashion Collection.
