This cross is wooden and a generic shape except that the base widens to 4 cm from 1 cm at the top. One side has a dark line in the natural pattern of the wood. The accompanying card has a printed note, "This cross hand carved of oak from the original cowboy's hitching post or mens prayer tree, Bloy's Cowboy Camp Meeting" and has a handwritten note on the back: "8-18-68. Carved by John Wilson, Pyote, Texas 79777."

Pair of brown suede boots. Almost knee-high, the boots are constructed as slip-on rounded-toe shoes or moccasins with added segments on the quarter to create the length of the boots. At the top, the suede of the boots is folded over outwards forming a pocket for a drawstring around top and a band of suede fringe around the outside of the boot. Indistinct trademark/logo stamped on sole. Illegible stamped mark inside boots. Referred to as "Squaw Boots", these were worn by the donor who acquired them in 1968 from the Fishing Bridge Store, in Yellowstone National Park.

Neckline and right side of opening are of navy gaberdine wool. Long, set in sleeves having cuffs of navy gaberdine wool with two smaller matching buttons and bound buttonholes. Two large patch pockets at left and right are also trimmed with matching navy bands across tops of pockets. Lined in red silk crepe.
