Envelope which once held evidence for the Jack Ruby case. Handwritten notes on the envelope read: "One Le Countre watch. One Ruby, three small stones. 12/12/63 SAFE DR 111096. Hold for Capt Will Fritz. Returned 12-21-63 by V. E. Drain F. B. I."

Lined in black chiffon in bodice and black silk below empire waistline with black grosgrain ribbon petersham closed with hook & eye. Two large patch pockets; right pocket has interior zippered pocket with an additional pocket in lining. Skirt gathers into natural waist. Zipper at center back with white tassel pull. Unlined. With tie belt of matching fabric, 1" wide.

Daytime ensemble of a navy blue crepe. a) Jacket of navy wool crepe. Double breasted with six circular white plastic buttons, three bound buttonholes and three covered snaps; waist length. Wide, rounded neckline. Yoked shoulders of same. Long, set-in sleeves with matching non-functioning button at hem. Lined in ivory silk. Retailer's label at center back neckline: "Neiman-Marcus" b) Sheath style dress of navy wool crepe with cream colored yoke and 1-1/2" band collar. Sleeveless; below knee length. Side slit pockets. Center back zipper with two hook & eyes. Yoke lined in cream colored silk and body of dress lined in navy organdy. Designer's label at center back seam near hem: "Christian Dior / New York, Inc." Sack dress of navy wool gaberdine with belted front and flyaway back.

A-line dress of medium and dark gray, pale violet, pale peach and dark red impressionistic floral print.

Dress in modified caftan style of navy blue silk and silk chiffon with butterfly print. Full length. Sleeveless silk under dress has matching butterfly pattern. Over dress of chiffon has long set-in sleeve on right and draped opening on left creating a toga-like effect. Hemline and draped sleeve bordered in 4" band of light aqua blue organza with under band of hot pink organza. Scooped back has center opening of 10 faux self-covered buttons and loops with closure of 5 covered snaps. Lined in navy jacquard rayon with "Hanae Mori" print. Designer's label at inside back to left of zipper: "(Japanese characters) / Hanae Mori"

Dress of black wool. Street-length, short sleeves. Scoop neck. Collar and cuffs with frills of same. Skirt slightly gathered at waist. Tie at left hip. Center back zipper. Skirt formed as simulated "wrap", with zipper at right side under flap. Under flap skirt is seen to be culottes. Lined in Silk. Designer's label: "An Original / Lotus"

Day dress in shift style of light blue-green sage jersey wool knit. Street length. Center front opening with 11 circular blue-green plastic buttons and bound buttonholes. Convertible collar with 5" pointed ends and small non-functioning matching button and bound buttonhole at ends. Long sleeves with 3" cuffs and two small matching buttons with bound buttonholes. Two large patch pockets at sides, below waist. Lined in light sage colored silk crepe. Designer's label at inside left seam of lining: "Norman Norell / New York" Retailer's label at inside back neckline: "Lou Lattimore / Dallas" b) Matching belt of self. 7' x 8"

A) Evening dress of yellow chiffon with rhinestone sequins on bodice and sleeves in abstract curvilinear lines. Jewel neckline. Full length. Bodice and long sleeves have pin tucked pleating which releases to gathering at waist and elbows. Sleeves have 2-1/2" cuffs of matching rhinestone sequins with hook & bar closure. Center back zipper with hook & eye. Bodice lined in matching yellow chiffon. Designer's label at left of zipper at neckline: "Galanos" Retailer's label at right of zipper at neckline: "Neiman-Marcus" Care label to right of retailer's label. B) Scarf of yellow chiffon. Evening gown of sea foam/mint green cotton mousse with matching stole. A) Evening dress. Full length, with empire waist. Sleeveless, with wide straps, and a wide, shallow rounded neckline in front and deep scoop in back. Bust darts. Full skirt gathers into Empire waistline. Center back closure, hook and loop at top, zipper on bodice which continues under skirt as part of lining. Skirt with snap closure at waist. Lined in white, and skirt with inner white crepe sheath lining. Designer's label at inside right bodice side seam: "Tassell" B) Stole in rectangular shape; 15" wide. C) Tie belt of self.
