The top of the crown is embellished with an appliquéd filigree of bullion work, gold-tone braid and green and yellow rhinestones. Rolled wired brim of woven yellow, cream and purple silk ribbons accented with black chenille ribbon. The brim is diagonally draped with matching green velvet and moss green silk taffeta ribbon centered with pink, black and yellow stripes. The right front temple of the brim is accented with a cluster of purple and lavender artificial violets. There are two spherical black enameled head hatpins with long tines.
