Long sleeves with white cuffs, each cuff with two red soutache stripes. Attached belt is sewn down on front and is trimmed with two circular brass shank buttons with anchors as decorative reliefs; forms half belt in back with closure of matching button. Vertical pleats from yoke on front and back. Center back zipper closure. Unlined.
