Patch from the Nederland, Texas fire department. The shield-shaped patch has a black background with golden edging. "Nederland Fire Dept." is written on the top and bottom edges in white script. The center is embroidered with a golden illustration of a windmill from which a United States flag and a Texas flag are suspended.

"Port Neches Fire Dept." is written in black and golden lettering along the top and bottom. A red outline of Texas lies in the background and is covered by images of a refinery, an oil platform, and the Seal of Texas.

Patch from the Lamar Institute of Technology Regional Fire Academy. The cross shaped patch has a cerulean blue background and dark blue edging. A white Florian Cross with red borders covers the patch. "L.I.T. Fire Academy" is written inside the vertical points and the horizontal points contain illustrations of fire equipment. The center of the cross contains a flaming illustration of Texas and the words "Est. 1972."

Patch from the LaBelle and Fannett, Texas volunteer fire department. The patch has a white background and dark red edging. The top portion features a light blue circle containing a red image of Texas. "Labelle • Fannett • Excellence • Volunteer" is written around the state in yellow. Below this circle is another circle with a red outer ring and a light blue interior. "Caring for You is Our Business" is written on the outside of the ring, while the interior contains images of firefighters, a shield with a heart and "CPR" written on it, a Star of Life, and a hydraulic rescue tool. A ladder and pike are crossed behind the circle. "Smoke Eaters" is written vertically on the left, and "Your Choice Our Duty" is written vertically on the right.
