A smaller triangular golden border contains a red, blue, and gold Florian Cross on a background that is blue on its left side and horizontally split with white and red on the right. The points of the cross contain a Star of Life, "1955", a fire ladder, and cross fire axes. The center bears a green laurel surrounding a silver star. John Butrico, Fire Chief for the Town of Hollywood Park created this patch.
