The study used an Ontology approach to research how Ethiopian tourism destination information can be supported with a machine-readable and interoperable model, be made visible and accessible to both international and local tourists, and improve reusability, integrity, and retrieval of tourist information in Ethiopia.

In this presentation, catalogers from a large academic library share how they make e-resources discoverable through their approach to record quality assessment, batch editing with regular expressions in MarcEdit, and record load tracking. The presenters also provided handouts with helpful information about their processes and procedures.

Presentation is a follow-up on work from the UNT Libraries regarding compiled data from the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) and its comparison to UNT holdings. Journal usage data has been added to provide a more complete answer to the original question posed previously. The presentation focuses less on the technology and steps for gathering this data, and more on the results and the limitations of such an analysis. Presentation from a panel, "Considering Individual and Community Contexts Within Information Pedagogy, Scholarship, and Practice," that was held virtually for the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Association for Information Science & Technology (ASIS&T). This portion of the panel focuses on the author's research into community-based language research (CBLR) and the Lamkang language.

This presentation introduces language archives and analyzes item‐level metadata in three of them by focusing on free‐text metadata: the Endangered Language Archive, Pacific Regional Archive for Digital Sources in Endangered Cultures, and the Archive of the Indigenous Languages of Latin America. The study identified categories of information included in Description metadata fields and the relative distribution of these categories.

Presentation on archiving community work in northeastern India. It was presented at the CoRSAL 4th Annual Meeting held on October 1, 2020.

An expanded version of a presentation given by William Waybourn at Blackstone headquarters in New York City on June 25, 2019, in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. The presentation reflects on Waybourn's involvement in gay rights and AIDS activism nationally and in Dallas, Texas. An additional slide, written on July 29, 2020, was included shortly before the presentation was donated to UNT Special Collections that reflects on the parallels between the mismanagement of the AIDS epidemic of the 1980s and 1990s and the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic health crisis.
