This poster introduces the controlled vocabulary of genre terms used by the UNT Libraries to enhance user access to a large collection of tabletop games. It was presented at the Online Audiovisual Catalogers (OLAC) 2020 conference which was held virtually.

This poster presents the Scholarly Impact Service at the University of North Texas from its start in the summer of 2017 to its more established position by October 2020. The overview includes some of the resources used by the team of librarians, including their library guide, consultation checklist, and promotional flyer. It was presented at the Bibliometrics and Research Assessment Symposium which was held virtually by the National Institutes of Health Library on October 7-9, 2020.

This poster discusses the creation and value of UNT Libraries Serials Transparency List that contains the subscription pricing information they receive from publishers. The list promotes transparency in journal pricing and informed decision-making in collection development. This poster presents a Peer-to-Peer Embedded Reference program created by the UNT Libraries. The creation and goals of the program are highlighted along with challenges and future plans. It was intended to be presented at the Texas Library Association 2020 conference, but the event was cancelled because of COVID-19 concerns.

This poster presents preliminary results from a survey of library employees on their experiences with toxic workplaces in libraries. The poster includes the most-reported toxic behaviors, advice for employees and employers on how to manage or avoid a toxic workplace environment. It was presented at the Electronic Resources & Libraries 2020 conference held in Austin, Texas.
