Postcard of a six story shopping center building that has eighteen windows on each story and smaller one story building attached in back. The windows on the both the large part of the building and the small part of the building face streets and meet up on a street corner with a wooden street lamp/phone line pole, with phone lines visible through the middle of the photo, and a one way arrow pointing to the left. The entrance is facing the one way street with a board that reads "Medical Center Hospital," on top of the cement awning that shades the entrance.
