Springs and Dance Pavilion, Rosborough Springs, Marshall, Texas

Color halftone postcard showing the springs and dance pavilion at Rosborough Springs near Marshall, Texas. The small, roofed, open spring house is on the left of the view and the two-story partially open dance pavilion is on the right. A second-floor balcony extends across at least two sides of the pavilion. A grassy lawn is in the foreground, trees surround the buildings. Printed in the border below the image is the title, "Springs and Dance Pavilion Rosborough Springs, Marshall, Texas," and the code 111392 is printed in the lower right corner of the border below the image. Printed on the back between the message and address sections: "C. T. American Art Colored." The Curt Teich logo of the intertwined initials "C T Co" in a green circle with "Chicago" curved in the bottom of the circle. The postmark on the back gives the date Oct 19, 1936, and the message is addressed to Mrs. Susan R. Jackson, Houston, Texas.
