A gable roof projects downwards creating a sloping overhang over the front patio. Two windows are on each side of the front door, which is flanked by small oval windows. The second floor has an intersecting gable roof that runs perpendicular to the main roof, and three windows are seen underneath the pediment created by the pitched roof. Accompanying information on the back of the photograph states that the home was started in 1919 and completed after about 14 years by Hans Jergen, his sons, and a man named Dobbins.
