Garbed in the coarse brown habit of the community and answering to their newly-taken names in religion, the novices are beginning a year of study and prayer that must precede the pronouncing of their vows. They recieved the habit of the order Saturday in investiture ceremonies at St. Joseph church...The novices and their religious titles are Sister John Thomas of the Way of the Cross, Sister Elizabeth Ann of the Most Blessed Trinity, Sister Vincent dePaul of the Wounded Shoulder of Christ, and Sister Mary Mark of Our Lady of Hope. Their hometowns, respectively, are San Diego, Calif., Haubstadt, Ind., Pittsburgh, Ps., and Oklahoma City. They have complete six months probation oa postulants - their first six months of a 7 1/2 year period they will have to reach a final decision before taking vows of poverty, chasity and obedience "for life."............Mother Celine Teresa, 15 professed sisters who conduct the Oklahoma schools and nurseries, ten novices and six candidates or postulants now live …
