On the far side of the road is a sidewalk that divides the leaf-strewn lawn of the courthouse from the road. A large tree occupies the left side of the lawn while two bushes line a short set of stairs that lead from the sidewalk to the courthouse's entrance. The building itself is made of white blocks arranged like bricks with a large, rectangular shape to the main structure and a flat roof. Two smaller rectangular sections, much shorter in height and stacked one on top of the other, sit on the roof of the main part of the building. A row of short windows runs along the width of the courthouse just above the ground while a row of much taller windows spans the rest of the building's wall space.
