Photograph (copy) of Frank M. Chriesman getting a haircut with sheep shears from Hugh Richardson. The original photograph was taken near Ozona, Texas in about 1890. Frank M. Chriesman is the son of Horatio Chriesman, who was a member of the Austin Colony Surveyors. Chriesman was also a land owner in Fort Bend County. Chriesman, who has thinning hair on top and a beard, is seated and wearing dark pants, white shirt and vest. His left hand is on the lapel of his vest and his right hand is resting near his right thigh. Richardson, who is bent over Chriesman with shears at the back of Chriesman's head, is wearing dark pants, light shirt and a cowboy hat.
