Photograph of Delta County Courthouse in Cooper, TX. Two cars park on a paved road next to the sidewalk that runs in front of the courthouse. The sidewalk encloses the yellow lawn of the courthouse and connects to the walkway leading up to the building's entrance. In the left side of the lawn are green bushes and a leafless tree while the right side has additional plants and a stone slab with writing on it, plus a sign with the Texas silhouette on it. A short set of stairs lead up to the green doors of the building, which are set into a tall, thick archway made of a large white brick used throughout the rest of the courthouse, though the area of the building below the level of the doors is all green. The courthouse is rectangular in shape and has two rows of windows across its sides. The roof is flat and has a shorter rectangular structure sitting atop it.
