[Christmas greeting card sent to the Georges by the Shivers Family]

Christmas greeting card sent to the Georges by the Shivers Family. Exterior cover shows a black drawing of a front porch of a house with large columns. The focus is on a lamp attached to a wall with purple lines radiating from the lamp. The background shows bare trees and a large dome roofed building (capital?). Text on front reads: "Merry Christmas". The "M" and "C" are in purple; remaining lettering in black. The interior of the card is a drawing of a family hanging stockings near the mantle of a fireplace; candles and a wreath with two bells are placed on top of the mantle; decorated Christmas tree in left background. A photograph of the Nancy Jones oak tree planted in 1824 by Nancy Jones is at the top of the card. The tree is the focal point in the George Ranch house yard photo. Also seen in the photograph is a wooden picnic table with two benches beside it, wooden fence on left, small pump house building with storage tank near center, wire fence with long white building on other side; and smaller oak trees.
