Gordon, Administrator, Interstate Parole Compact, Sacramento 14, California (by Joseph R. O'Brien, Supervising Parole Officer), dated September 1, 1953. O'Brien replies to a letter from Christian by advising of California requirements for a subject serving a mandatory life sentence. Subject No. 17095 must apply for Executive Clemency from the Governor by writing to and supplying required information to Mr. Joseph Babich who will supply the forms to make application. A second letter is duplicate copy.

She advises that she found this statement in the pile of letters to be answered and is forwarding it on to Carswell because the bill ought to be paid.
