Attendants said Miss Wade probably suffered internal injuries as well as profound shock as the result of the crash. The car she was driving careened off the rear fender of the car in the front as she attempted to avoid a serious crash in a quick stop. As Miss Wade's car swerved into the oncoming line of traffic she was hit broadside by a car driven by Robert Lett, Moore druggist. Lett was cut and bruised in the crash and received burns from some bottles of acid he was carrying in his car. He was also in the Norman hospital Thursday night. Earl Riley, 21, Sulphur, who was driving the car just in front of Miss Wade, received only minor injuries."
