Doctor Harold Muller directs the Austin College choir in the dedication anthem "Onward Ye Peoples." Dr. Elliot then turns the key over to the schools president John D. Moseley. Then in the chapels steeple, the Sam Houston Bell is wrung as it was a gift from the Texas patriot. The address is given by House Speaker Rayburn of Bonham, praising the constitution of the United States saying 59 men locked in a room wrote the greatest document in history and none of its fundamentals have changed.
