A memorandum of a contract made between Felix H. Morales and Charles L. Belfi in Bexar County, Texas. The contract stated that Morales had employed Belfi as the general manager of the proposed radio station in Houston, Harris County, Texas. The contract listed the salary and commission terms Belfi was to receive as well as housing and transportation accommodations. The full term of the contract was to expire after ten years on May 10, 1957 and it was signed by both parties and notarized.
