A 30-page newsletter called The Pan American produced in San Antonio, Texas by the Texas League of United Latin American Citizens organization in January of 1945. Pages 1-15 are in English and pages 16-30 are in Spanish. This issue has articles about the Houston LULAC Council #60 and a short biographical article about John J. Herrera is included.
