The bridge is on the left side of the photograph and a truck and car are visible driving over it. A stamp on the back of the photograph identifies the photograph as J. C. Watkins, and handwriting dates it from September 22, 1954.

It merged with the Christ Lutheran church in 1997. Three longs rows make up the group, which comprises of several women, men, and children. They are all dressed in formal attire.
