Mrs. Walling was killed instantly when her husband's car crashed head on into another automobile at the intersection of U.S. 62 and SH 37 about four miles south of Will Rogers airport. Her husband, Robert David Walling, 25, was taken to Mercy hospital with facial cuts, a broken leg and broken right ankle. His condition was termed serious.
