Three persons held overnight for questioning in a Midwest City woman's gunshot death were released from Pottawatomie County Jail shortly before noon today on a court order. Action came as 10 divers searched for weapons in a pond 2 1/2 miles southeast of Seminole where Mrs. Joan S. Drehmann's nude weighted body was found by three fishermen Thursday night. The sheriff's office said Dist. Judge Lloyd Henry ordered the three realeased when their attorney, Floyd Henson, presented a wtit of habeas corpus. "They were being held as material witnesses and the judge said that since no one had been charged, they were being freed," the sheriff's spokesman said. They three are Chuck Burnside, 38, Wewoka; Herbert Leon Rust, 34, and Leticia Cook, both are from Shawnee. Mrs. Cook was identified as Burnside's sister."
