The driver of the other car, Lawerence Voelkers, 65, of 1416 Ashton place, was given a drunkometer test at city police headquarters and then booked by Midwest City police on charges of driving under the influence of Intoxicants, being drunk in a public place, excessive speed and running a stop sign. He was later released on $80 bond."
