More than 115,000 persons were estimated to have attended the flying exhibition which featured both acrobatic and military tactical maneuvers. This picture shows part of the area of spectators who lined up for nearly a mile to watch the five-hour event. No casualities were reported during the afternoon, but four planes cracked up. They were gasoline models being flown by members of "Prop Choppers," Midwest City flying club."
