Caption: "Oklahoma`s holiday traffic toll stood at six following the death of a California man Saturday morning in a two-car collision five miles west of Bridgeport on US 66. Other holiday accident victims to Saturday night include two persons drowned in the state and another killed in a hunting accident. More than 50 had been injured by fireworks, traffic or other mishaps. Four Oklahomans were dead as a result of holiday accidents outside the state. The latest traffic victim was Glenn August Taylor, 52, of South Gate, Calif. He was killed when the car he was in collided with another that was attempting a left turn from U.S. 66 onto a side road. Four Others Hurt Injured in the Saturday accident were Taylor`s wife Mrs. Edith Gertrude Taylor, 46, broken right arm and internal injuries and their son, who was driving, Jack Donald Taylor, 26, broken ribs and lacerations on the head. Also injured were Henry Will Allen, 42, Hinton, driver of the other car, suffering from shock, and his cousin, Harold Otto Green, 48, Amarillo, Texas, broken leg and internal injuries.
