Patent for an improved version of a certain type of axel skein or spindle holder (the kind in which a spindle with a box or housing rigidly holds a tapered axle.) This patent claims to be an improvement by “simple and inexpensive construction and in which the connections are such that the parts can be conveniently joined or separated and when joined produce a strong and durable combination” (lines 14-21).

Patent for removing dead bolls, insects and other parasites from growing plants.

Patent for a new and improved bridle bit. This design "consist[s] of curb-plates provided with the mouth-bar and having the upper ends provided with slots and the lower ends formed with longitudinal slots, and the cheek-plates loosely fitted to the outer ends of the mouth-bar and having their opposite ends formed with openings for the attachment of the head-stall and reins" (lines 72-79).

Patent for an improvement in cultivators. This invention is designed to vary the distance between the cultivator-beams. Illustration included.

Patent for a design for a curling-iron holder.

Patent for improvements in dirigible headlights. This headlight is used for automobiles and self-propelled vehicles where the usual headlights are directed to throw their beams of light in the direction of travel upon actuating the steering mechanism.

Patent for a draft equalizer for yokes and harnesses for draft animals.

Patent for a egg preserving compound. This invention consists of an air-excluding coating to prevent deterioration for an indefinite period.

Patent for an equalizer for horse harnesses that equalizes the draft between horses pulling a vehicle.

Patent for gearing used in the operation of windmills. This invention improves the rotary motion of the wheel shaft that operates the pump. "A further object of the invention is to provide a wheel supporting frame in which is mounted for vertical movement the pump actuating rod" (13-16). Illustration included.

Patent for new attachment for the foot of a harrow, including illustration.

Patent for an insect-collecting attachment for cultivators and similar equipment, with an illustration. The attachment is designed to "shake loose the insects from the plant and to collect said insects for removal and destruction." (lines 16-18). Specific plants that are ridden with insects are particularly difficult to remove, hence the creation of this attachment which will shake the stems of the plants, dislodge the insects and collect them in a receptacle.

Patent for an insect collector and destroyer for removing insects from cotton plants.

Patent for a mail bag, which opens completely from top to bottom to prevent any mail from being missed in the bag.

Patent for a pipe lifting and lowering jack that will hold pipes at various positions in wells.

Patent for a new and improved post-hole auger. This design "is adapted to be attached to a cart or wagon and moved from place to place thereon in line with the proposed operating fence and operated to bore post-holes without the necessity of detaching it from the wagon, whereby the machine may be readily transported and arranged in position for use" (lines 14-20). It consists, "with a wagon having brackets secured to one side thereof, of a vertically-sliding frame moving within said brackets and carrying an earth-auger and gearing for actuating said auger" (lines 14-18).
