Patent for an anti-creeper with improved strength and serviceability "in the location and construction of the tie abutting portion" (lines 28-29).

Patent for an attachment for bale-forming presses consisting of needles, wire storage spools, and a "yieldable mechanism" allowing the wire to pass (line 17) including instructions and illustrations.

Patent for an Attachment for Internal Combustion Motors. This new attachment provides many improvements in the regulation of auxiliary air, whether it enters or leaves the internal combustion motor (Shine). It also regulates hot or cold air, or can shut off the air supply entirely (Shine).

Patent for attachment for vehicle headlights. The invention has a deflecting hood for the head light that deflects the light downward, below the line of sight, particularly for oncoming vehicles

Patent for improvements is construction and adaptation of a gear pump.

Patent for a bale forming press to form bales of hay and automatically secure "baling wires around the bale as formed" (lines 13-14). It automatically stops the feeder when "the bale is being tied" (lines 19-20) and winds and automatically unwinds and winds the wire.

Patent for a new and improved clamp. This design consists in "[t]he combination, with a suitable clasp for holding the bed-clothes and its link, of the means for adjustably securing it to the bed-rail, consisting of a rod, having its lower end screw-threaded and provided with a nut and washer, and having on its upper end a hook-shaped projection that is adapted to pass over and around the upper edge of the bed-rail, and is provided with an eye . . . for connection with the clamp" (lines 65-74).

Patent for a new and improved box-fastener. This design "is an improvement in cover-fasteners; and it has for its objects to produce a cover-fastener which will securely fasten the cover to a box, which will be simple, cheap, and effective" (lines 8-12). It consists in "the base-plate provided with a perforation adapted for the reception of a bolt, a movable plate mounted on the base-plate and having a perforation and a slot connected with the same and having its movement limited by guides and provided with an outwardly-turned lug, a bolt provided with a neck, and a gravity locking-pin" (lines 90-98).

Patent for automatic freight car coupler, including illustrations. The coupler "obviates the necessity of any one going between the cars while being coupled" (lines11-13).

Patent for a device that guards the water cistern against impure water which drains from the roof of a building to which the cistern appertains.

Patent for "coin-banks or toy safes for containing hoarded coin" (lines 8-9). To provide a simple mechanism which "can be manufactured at an extremely low cost, which shall be of marked simplicity in construction, and in which coin will be securely contained..." (lines 11-14) including illustrations.

Patent for "an improved construction for draft attachments whereby we may dispense with the action of the ordinary doubletree or evener and throw the draft of each animal directly upon the axle-clips or fixed point of attachment on its side of the axle, thereby causing the draft of each animal to be independent of the other and avoid the tendency of the stronger, or in starting the quicker animal, pulling the weaker or slower animal backward and to one side of the line of draft." Patent for a drive wheel for traction engines which has retractable wheel lugs. The wheel lugs used for traction on dirt roads can be "pivoted so that they may be withdrawn when not needed," such as when traveling on pavement.

Patent for fastening. This invention is comprised of a threaded member and a socket that are adapted to a screw. Illustration included.

Patent for a fire extinguisher for putting out fires in oil tanks.

Patent for improved T-beams for floor support, which improve bonding between the beams and poured flooring and columns.
