Funeral program for Annie Bertha Clark Jones, born March 11, 1928 and died October 19, 2008. The funeral was held Saturday, October 25, 2008 at F. E. Lewis Memorial Chapel, officiated by Linley Troy Bennett. Funeral arrangements were made through Lewis Funeral Home and she was buried in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery near San Antonio, Texas.
