Video footage provided by The Black Academy of Arts and Letters showing a promotional video for Urban Bush Woman for their 20th anniversary season "Dare to Go There". The video opens with various clips of individuals repeating the line, "I am an urban bush woman" followed by narration by the artistic director Jawole on inspiration and past seasons over footage of dance performers. Urban Bush Woman is the only professional African-American women's dance company and was founded in 1984.

There are several close-ups of details on the building, including the Goddess of Liberty statue and the symbols of the six countries that claimed ownership of Texas. There are shots of the statues on the Capitol property, as well as several of the flags waving in the wind. There are also a few that include a crowd during a rally at one of the entrances to the building.
