Minutes for December 2, 2004 Texas Daily Newspaper Association Board of Directors' Meeting at the Headliner's Club in Austin, Texas. The members in attendance of the meeting were, Donnis Baggett, Larry Walker, Jeremy Halbreich, Wesley R. President Donnis Bagget opened the meeting and read announcements to the committee members.
