Photograph of overflow and seepage of salt water killed vegetation. Erosion resulted from the lack of protective cover. Many installation such as this have gone unchecked for periods of 15 to 20 years creating a big conservation problem. OK-1156-7.

Contour Pasture Ridges Planted to Bermudagrass/Muskogee Project
Photograph of contour pasture ridges planted to Bermudagrass. The back of the photograph proclaims, "Contour pasture ridges planted to Bermuda grass. Two rounds were plowed to the ridges the first year. This year the entire interval was planted. To be followed with later pictures showing how the Bermuda grass has made a solid cover over the entire area."
