The grant will be devoted to leadership training, staff development, and the implementation of a discipline-based visual arts program at the elementary school level. Included in the proposal is a broken down budget about the division of money through NTIEVA's consortia. The authors believe that the arts are an important component of a well-balanced educational program after studying educational reform.
