He appeals to Austin to continue to hold the allotment of land until he recovers, arguing that he has already paid the necessary fees to have the area surveyed, etc.

Copy of transcript for a letter from Nathaniel Cox to Stephen F. Austin, in which Cox requests that, if Austin still has access to letters that were sent in care of his office addressed to Mr. Carbajal, that he remove several bills for Edward Robinson, (which were included as attachments) and forward them to a lawyer for collection.
