Means for Automatically Inflating Pneumatic Tires.

Patent for an automatically inflating tire which allows the tires to be inflated evenly at all times. "Should the air escape from the tire due to a puncture or leak the rim will be prevented from injuring the tire casing, as said casing will be prevented from becoming deflated" (lines 17-21). Motorists will no longer need to drive on flat tires waiting for repairs.
