Herrera also writes with a sense of frustration in regards to the Hernandez case: "I do know that I have sunk at least $1000.00 of my own money in the Hernandez case, and frankly I am sick with the whole deal and I am ready to withdraw and let Gus [Garcia] go by himself." Herrera mentions that Abel Cisneros is starting a radio program in Wharton County.
