This was a promising corn field where the yield was 60 to 65 bushels of corn per acre in an average year."

This cooperator thought that it would be necessary to construct 6 to 8 miles of terraces on his farm, but there was no work done on this man's farm except the breaking down of his fields into smaller ones and farming them with the contour."
