Stebbens' Farm Photograph/Muskogee Project

Photograph of Roger Stebbens' farm taken from Stebbens Mountain during a Soil Conservation Service field day tour. The photograph shows Stebbens' farm, cattle grazing on contour ridged pasture, and a large farm pond. The back of the photograph proclaims, "Taken from the top of Stebbens mountain from the place at which the members of the Muskogee field day tour were given lunch and talks on soil conservation work. The picture shows the farm of Roger Stebbens which is under contract with the Soil Conservation Service. Visible in this picture is a herd of white-face cattle grazing on a contour ridged pasture near a farm pond. This herd, pasture and the pond were within full view of the crowd attending the field tour while eating lunch at noon and while listening to the addresses after lunch."
