A letter written to T. N. Carswell from Gib Sandefer, Hotel Harding, Marion, Ohio, dated April 28, 1965. Sandefer expresses his appreciation to Carswell for his love, devotion and the many things he has done for his parents through the years noting that they had loved Carswell as much as their own. He advises that this is his 35th Tour of the Nation with his "current outfit" stating that the Lord has been good to him and he has always loved him, more now if possible, that he may not get to heaven by following a Baptist book but will take that chance. He asks after Byrdie [Byrdie Carswell] and expresses his gratitude for Carswell's friendship through the years.

Aten in Camp Campbell says "Dear Helen and all: We just had our Easter dinner at the Mill Cafeteria here in Cleveland. This is a real perfect day for Easter too. I had an egg & 1/2 for dinner in a salad. Everything is swell. So long. Bro. Woodrow."
